The discount code won’t generate
Section titled “The discount code won’t generate”- “Add items to your cart to generate a code”: the cart is empty. Add an item, then try again.
- “You need points before you can generate a code”: the customer’s balance is 0.
A customer is in a lower tier than I expected
Section titled “A customer is in a lower tier than I expected”Tiers use qualifying spend from purchases, not points. Imported customers start with no spend, so they show the gap to the next tier until they buy something. Check Tiers for how spend is counted.
The import preview shows existing customers
Section titled “The import preview shows existing customers”Customers who are already enrolled are shown separately and don’t get new points. Check the file if you expected them to be new.
