Importing a CSV

Use Points Import to add customers and their balances from another platform.

Prepare the file

Your CSV needs a header row with these columns:

first name,last name,email,points
Chloe,Martin,chloe.martin@example.com,500

• email and points are required.
• first name and last name are optional.

Import

1. Open Points Import and upload your file.
2. Match each CSV column to a Loyalfly field.
3. Optional: enter a Welcome Bonus, which adds extra points to every customer in the import.
4. Select Continue to validation, then check the preview.

The preview shows new customers separately from customers already in the program, so you can see what will change before you finish.

Imported points are recorded as a migration. They count toward the points balance but not toward tier spend.
