Referrals

Referrals let customers share a link with friends. When a referred friend completes a purchase, both the referrer and the friend earn points.

Turn on referrals

1. Open Settings.
2. Turn on Enable referral program.
3. Set Points for the referrer and Points for the new customer.
4. Select Save.

Customers get a shareable link in their rewards widget. Both sides earn points when a referral converts.

Track referrals

Open Referrals to see each completed referral, the referrer, the referred friend, and the points each side earned. If no one has referred anyone yet, the list is empty.
