Open Settings from the Loyalfly app and check these before you turn the program on.
Earn and redemption rates
Section titled “Earn and redemption rates”- Earn rate: how many points a customer gets for each dollar spent. The default is 100 points per $1.
- Redemption rate: how many points are worth $1 off. The default is 100 points = $1.
- Minimum to redeem: the lowest balance a customer needs before they can redeem. The default is 100 points.
Points expiry
Section titled “Points expiry”Points don’t expire by default. If you turn expiry on, choose whether it’s based on inactivity or on the date points were earned.
Emails
Section titled “Emails”- Points earned email: sent after each purchase, showing the new balance. It’s on by default.
- Points reminder: optional. It emails customers with a balance who haven’t bought recently.
