Introduction

Loyalfly is a points and rewards program for Shopify stores. Customers earn points on purchases, climb VIP tiers as they spend, and redeem points for a discount code at checkout.

The main pieces

• Earn rules add bonus points on specific products or collections.
• Tiers are based on a customer’s qualifying spend. Each tier can change the points multiplier and offer perks, such as free shipping.
• Customers lists everyone in the program, with their balance, history, and tier.
• Points import brings in customers and balances from a CSV file.
• The rewards widget is shown on your storefront, so customers can check their balance and get a discount code.
