Loyalfly is billed through Shopify’s standard app billing, so charges appear on your Shopify invoice.

Free is permanently free and includes unlimited loyalty members. It’s capped at 250 orders a month, and the limit resets each month. It’s a good way to try Loyalfly before you upgrade.
Growth and Pro
Section titled “Growth and Pro”Growth and Pro have no overage fees, so you can grow past any order limit without extra charges. Both plans include a 14-day free trial, which starts when you choose the plan.
Pro includes everything in Growth, plus the points migration tool, Klaviyo and Omnisend integration, a custom email provider, and buying a product with points.
Changing plans
Section titled “Changing plans”Open Billing in Loyalfly to upgrade or downgrade. Shopify prorates the charge, so an upgrade is credited for the unused part of your current billing cycle.
Cancelling
Section titled “Cancelling”Uninstall Loyalfly from Shopify admin → Apps. Billing stops when you uninstall.
