Earn Actions
Earn actions let customers earn points for things other than purchases.
Available actions

| Account Sign Up | Once, when a customer creates an account |
| Account Anniversary | Once a year, on the anniversary of account creation |
| Subscribe to SMS | When a customer subscribes to your SMS marketing list |
| Follow on Instagram | When a customer claims points for following your account |
| Follow on TikTok | When a customer claims points for following your account |
| Like on Facebook | When a customer claims points for liking your Facebook page |
Social actions are self-reported. When a customer claims points, Loyalfly doesn’t check that they actually followed or liked your page.
Set up an action
Section titled “Set up an action”- Open Earning Actions.
- Turn on the action you want to use.
- Enter the Points awarded.
- For social actions, enter the link to your profile or page. Customers open that link before they confirm the claim.
- Select Save.
Turn an action off to stop it from awarding new points.
Recent claims
Section titled “Recent claims”The Recent Claims list shows recent social claims. You can reset a claim, which lets that customer claim the same action again.
