Rewards Catalog
Note: The rewards catalog requires the Growth plan or higher.
The rewards catalog lists what customers can redeem their points for. Each reward can be available to all tiers, or only to tiers you choose.
Reward types
Section titled “Reward types”- Flat dollar amount off: a fixed discount on the customer’s order, such as $10 off.
- Product: a product customers can redeem points for.
Add a reward
Section titled “Add a reward”- Open Rewards, then select Add Reward.
- Choose the reward type and enter its details.
- Enter the points cost.
- Choose which tiers can redeem it. Select All tiers to make it available to everyone.
- Select Save.
Customers see the rewards they can redeem in the rewards widget.
