Exclusive Codes

Note: Exclusive codes require the Growth plan or higher.

Exclusive codes are discounts for a specific tier. Customers in that tier see the code in their rewards widget. Customers in other tiers don’t.

Discount types

• Percentage off: a percentage discount on the order.
• Fixed amount off: a fixed dollar discount on the order.

Create an exclusive code

1. Open Exclusive Codes, then select Add Exclusive Code.
2. Choose the discount type and enter the discount value.
3. Choose the tier that should see the code.
4. Select Save.

Each tier has one shared code. The code is revealed to customers who qualify for that tier.
