Email Templates

Note: Customizing email templates requires the Growth plan or higher.

Loyalfly sends emails for points activity. You can change the wording for each email type, and check how it looks before you send anything.

Email types

• Points earned: sent after a purchase that earns points, with the new balance.
• Welcome: sent when a customer joins the program.
• Reminder: sent to customers with a balance who haven’t bought recently. Off by default.

Edit an email

1. Open Email Templates, then choose the email type.
2. Edit the subject and message.
3. Use Available variables to insert details such as the customer’s name or balance.
4. Select Preview to check the result, then Save.

Set the sender name, logo and brand colour in Settings.
