Settings

The Settings page controls how the program works and how it looks to customers.

Program

• Program Name: the name customers see.
• Program Active: turn off to pause earning and redemption.

Earning and redemption

• Points per $1 spent: how many points customers earn for each dollar.
• Minimum points to redeem: the lowest balance needed to redeem.
• Points required per $1 discount: how many points make $1 off.
• Minimum cart value to redeem ($): the cart total needed before a customer can redeem.
• Maximum discount via points (% of cart): the most a customer can save with points on one order.
• Signup Bonus Points: extra points for new members.
• Exclude sale items: sale items don’t earn points.
• Restore points on full refund: if a customer redeemed points on an order that is later fully refunded, give those points back.

Widget

• Widget Color and Launcher Button Text: how the rewards widget looks.
• Bottom Left or Bottom Right: where the launcher button appears.

Emails

• From Name, Store URL, Logo URL and Brand Color: how your emails look.
• Points earned email: turn on to send after each purchase.
• Points reminder: remind customers who have at least the Minimum balance to remind and haven’t been active for the Only if inactive for (days) period.

Select Save Settings after making changes.
