Campaigns

Note: Campaigns require the Growth plan or higher.

Campaigns are time-limited point promotions. Use them for events like a double points weekend or a bonus for a special code.

Campaign types

• Points Multiplier: multiplies the points customers earn during the campaign.
• Flat Bonus Points: gives a fixed number of extra points.
• Bonus Code: gives points when a customer enters a code you choose. A code is required for this type.

Create a campaign

1. Open Campaigns, then select Add Campaign.
2. Choose the campaign type and enter the multiplier or bonus points.
3. Optional: set a Starts and Ends date. The end date must be after the start date.
4. Select Save.
