Customers

The Customers page lists everyone enrolled in the program, with their balance, lifetime points, points redeemed, tier, and when they were last active.

Open a customer

Select a customer to see their points history and details. You can:

• Adjust points: enter a positive or negative number, with a required reason. For example, use this for a goodwill credit.
• Override the tier: see Tiers.
